Requirements

  • Forklift experience strongly preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Bulk Oil Handling & Repackaging
  • Safely transfer bulk oil from storage tanks, railcars, or IBCs into drums, totes, and smaller containers.
  • Operate pumping, filtration, and metering equipment to ensure accurate product volumes.
  • Perform proper product labeling according to company, customer, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SDS, lot numbers).
  • Conduct quality checks on finished packaged product (appearance, weight, seal integrity).
  • Ensure repack lines and equipment are cleaned and set up correctly for each product changeover.
  • Forklift & Material Handling
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move drums, totes, and raw materials.
  • Load and unload incoming/outgoing shipments, including bulk and packaged goods.
  • Stage empty drums, totes, and packaging materials for daily production.
  • Transport finished goods to designated storage or shipping areas.
  • Safety, Compliance & Documentation
  • Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies related to chemical/oil handling.
  • Wear appropriate PPE (e.g., gloves, goggles, respirators, steel toed boots).
  • Complete required documentation such as batch records, fill logs, inspection forms, and shipping paperwork.
  • Immediately report spills, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
  • Assist with spill response and cleanup using proper containment procedures.
  • Compliance with company uniform policy.
  • Work overtime as needed.
