Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Entry-level position: no prior warehouse experience required
  • Basic math and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Team-oriented with a focus on safety, accuracy, and collaboration
  • Reliable transportation; must work on-site (not remote or hybrid)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse tasks (inventory, organization, shipping/receiving)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily warehouse operations and support your team
  • Unload trucks and organize materials in the proper areas
  • Maintain accurate inventory through regular counts and checks
  • Prepare and stage materials to keep workflow running smoothly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Communicate and work with team members to solve problems as they arise
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
