Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information. Join Us at Our Upcoming Onsite Job Fair! When: APRIL 15, 2026-WEDNESDAY Time: 8AM- Noon Location: 15333 Hempstead RD, Houston, TX What to Bring: Please bring a copy of your resume for an on-the-spot interview. $18.13 p/h What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder. Coordinate efficient movement of larger groups of boxes using wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport. Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records. Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
