About The Position

Incora is a leading, global provider of innovative supply chain solutions, primarily to the aerospace and defense markets, but also serving industrial manufacturing, marine, and pharmaceuticals. The company manages all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to warehouse management, logistics, and on-site customer services. The Warehouse Associate role, under direct supervision, is responsible for supporting the full warehouse operation cycle. This includes receiving materials, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, all while adhering to Incora’s high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow written specifications with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees)

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience
  • Forklift certification and current license
  • Familiarity with DOT and EPA guidelines for hazardous materials
  • Experience with RF scanning systems

Responsibilities

  • Receive material from vendors and accurately enter data into warehouse systems
  • Count, verify, and record inventory to ensure accuracy
  • Pick, stock, and move materials using RF scanning systems
  • Weigh and/or hand‑count products per customer and warehouse specifications
  • Prepare and print required labels
  • Return remaining product to proper storage locations
  • Count, bag, label, and package material for shipment
  • Utilize carrier and third‑party shipping systems
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Investigate, reconcile, and document inventory discrepancies
  • Meet quality and productivity metrics, including on‑time delivery and customer acceptance rates
  • Follow all safety regulations and maintain a hazard‑free work environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, drum dollies, forklifts, order pickers) when trained and certified
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training, and cross‑training activities
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, FAR, EPA, DOT, RCRA, and other applicable regulations
