Requirements

  • Must have valid Drivers License and the ability to obtain a DOT physical certification. CDL Class A certification a plus
  • Must be able to pass a background check/MVR/drug screen for government security clearances
  • Must have complete knowledge on use and care of basic hand and power tools
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from office location
  • Must be willing to travel to support different job sites and work necessary hours to complete required tasks
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Self-Motivated and able to learn efficiently
  • Team oriented
  • Certified in fork-lift and skid steer operations
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively
  • Work in adverse weather conditions
  • Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing merchandise and loading and unloading shipments.
  • Deliver materials to Job-sites on an as needed basis (may require travel of 2-3 days)
  • Perform Basic Preventive Maintenance on Trucks, Trailers, Equipment, and Grounds.
  • Welding/fabrication experience
  • Responsible for cleaning, organizing and maintaining the warehouse.
  • Inventory all tools and equipment supplied to employee and crews
  • Care of vehicles, cleaning them regularly and driving them responsibly
  • Follow all safety guidelines identified in company safety manual
  • Perform all job tasks to manufacturers standards
  • Perform all work safely and efficiently/always utilize correct PPE
  • Learn basic knot tying and safe rigging principles required to load material on trailers
