About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is a team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires the ability to efficiently sort, move, and process products while supporting overall warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate works under the direction of warehouse leadership and assists with the daily needs of the warehouse, ensuring operations run safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Forklift experience required; certification preferred
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attendance and punctuality
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours per day)
Ability to lift and move items (boxes, bags, etc.) weighing up to 60 pounds

Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with unloading donations from multiple trucks daily
Sort and process donated goods efficiently and accurately
Operate warehouse equipment as trained to move materials throughout the warehouse
Transport and properly place products, pallets, and other materials in designated areas
Create bales as needed throughout the day
Assist with loading trailers and containers, including handling required documentation
Maintain warehouse organization to support efficient operations
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
Work collaboratively with team members, leadership, and donors
Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions and tasks
Perform job duties accurately to support overall operational success
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines
Support team efforts to meet department and company goals
Develop an understanding of warehouse processes and best practices through daily communication with leadership
Perform other duties as assigned
