Requirements

Ability to operate forklift/pallet jack and cherry picker
Ability to lift 40-60 pounds repeatedly each shift
Ability to bend, stoop, climb, stand and twist for extended periods of time
Ability to successfully complete forklift training/certification requirements
Ability to operate a Radio Frequency (RF) or Voice Pick devices
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must pass a functional capacity test
Must have the ability to work a varying schedule which might include shift work (days or nights), weekdays or weekends, and some holidays

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Previous knowledge of SAP
One year warehouse experience
Previous forklift certification
6 months of previous warehouse experience and/or training
Material handling equipment experience
Reach truck experience

Responsibilities

Accurately select/pick merchandise from assigned slot and confirm the correct quantity and unit of measure.
Load Merchandise into appropriate truck.
Drop merchandise for "reserve" to "pick" slots.
Prepare VIA merchandise for shipment on freight lines.
Repack loose merchandise for shipping/delivery.
Verify quality of product, packaging and adherence to vendor compliance policy.
Accurately adhere to Warehouse Labor Standard, “Preferred Method Standard”.
Identify and report slot and put-away problems.
Shrink wrap merchandise/pallets after picking as needed.
Performs house keeping duties as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
