About The Position

At Phillip Jeffries, a global luxury brand specializing in wallcoverings, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for the precise picking and packing of wallcovering products. This role is based at the Fairfield, NJ location and reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. Requirements

Strong time management, multitasking, and follow-up abilities
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in English (speaking and reading) and general computer skills
Energetic, adaptable, and quick to shift direction when needed
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capable of lifting 50–100 pounds

Responsibilities

Execute flawless order processing, picking, packing, and shipping for wallcoverings and CFA sample orders
Maintain speed and accuracy—because perfection deserves punctuality
Exceed service benchmarks by adhering to internal and client-facing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Be a proactive voice in the fulfillment process—collaborate, innovate, and elevate
Advocate for smarter workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce friction
Represent the brand with pride in every shipment, every touchpoint
Handle incoming inventory with precision and care
Deliver CFA samples and product orders that match the luxury standard our clients expect
Uphold quality and consistency by following well-defined protocols
