Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Experienced in following procedures and warehouse protocols
  • Familiar with warehouse management software and tools
  • Strong time management skills and punctuality
  • Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; further certification in logistics is a bonus
  • Demonstrated commitment to reliability and consistency in job performance

Nice To Haves

  • Background in home technology or related fields is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently load, unload, sort, and stock merchandise
  • Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organization of stock
  • Handle warehouse equipment and machinery with safety and proficiency
  • Comply with occupational health and safety standards
  • Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders for delivery
  • Contribute to team efforts and assist in day-to-day warehouse activities
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to meet company goals
  • Identify opportunities for improving operational workflow
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
