About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our Farmington Hills, MI facility in day-to-day operations on a full-time basis. This full-time, onsite role is responsible for daily operational activities such as packing, shipping, receiving, and distribution while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience of 2-3 years.
• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other types of warehouse equipment.
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data or management systems.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with exceptional organizational skills.
• Minimum physical requirement, ability to lift to 50lbs.
• High school diploma or Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock locations and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify, and fill customer invoices
• Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling
• Organize warehouse space and maintain daily cleanliness
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Abide by all company safety policies
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
