About The Position

The Warehouse Associate at Blain’s Farm & Fleet is a full-time role primarily responsible for managing incoming freight, ensuring its movement to the sales floor, and performing other assigned duties. This position involves physical tasks such as unloading trailers, moving freight to staging areas, operating a forklift, transferring palletized products to various departments, and loading products into customer vehicles. Requirements

• Great communication skills
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assist with incoming freight
• Ensure that incoming freight reaches the sales floor
• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area
• Move freight to the staging area
• Use a forklift
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet
• Load product into customer’s vehicles
• Help in other departments as assigned
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures
