About The Position

Our Maryville, TN distribution center currently has immediate full‑time openings for Warehouse Associates . Alloy Fasteners, Inc. is seeking motivated and dependable warehouse professionals to join our team. These positions support all facets of warehouse operations at our Tennessee location. Qualified candidates may begin as soon as next week. Our company remains open as an essential business, serving our communities by delivering critical supplies.

Requirements

Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift experience needed.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, stack, shrink‑wrap, and move products using a forklift or other material‑handling equipment as needed.
Pick and pack orders with a high level of accuracy.
Receive incoming shipments and process them accurately according to company procedures.
Follow inventory control and return procedures to ensure accurate reporting.
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
File daily pick tickets and shipping documentation.
Inspect outgoing pallets for proper packaging.
Package and label inventory and outgoing orders correctly.
Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety policies and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
