About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is a hardworking, reliable and flexible associate that will require you to perform various warehouse duties, such as sorting, loading, inputting, unloading and receiving materials.

• Ability to adhere to AL and government safety regulations
• Must be forklift certified or ability to get certified immediately.
• High school diploma or GED
• Two (2) or more years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to understand and communicate in the English language
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
• Standing and moving in the warehouse environment.
• Ability to work within a non-climate-controlled environment and climate-controlled environment while working.
• Physical stamina and dexterity for work involves lifting and moving of heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Stocking material, raw and finished products in accordance with company guidelines.
• Packing items onto trolleys, carts, pallets, etc. to expedite movement of material between departments.
• Provide customer service to internal customers maintaining documentation that reflects the movement of products, materials, etc.
• Performing general warehouse work to include assisting with shipping, receiving, quality control of materials, or products. Oversee and assist with counting, inventory and monthly audit counts.
• Will be required to operate general warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, step ladders, etc.
• Any other duty as assigned.
