2nd Shift Warehouse Associate

About The Position

AGW is expanding and has added a second shift. We are looking for a couple more associates to add to the team. This schedule will consist of four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday - 4pm to 2:30am. Are you someone who is excited about taking control of a project and seeing it through to completion? To be successful in this job you must be able to work safely - at all times, be decisive, driven, detail oriented, results focused, and able to communicate clearly and politely with our customers. We are looking for someone who is driven to learn new things and enjoys an ever-changing and challenging work environment. We are a contract precision maintenance jobshop that services and repairs both large and small process critical gearboxes for a variety of industries. Since 1988 Atlanta Gear Works has been a leader in gearing, gearbox repair, field machining and inspections all over the US. We are looking for great people who want to learn a new skill. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
Must undergo pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

Technical School training is a plus.
Experience with correctly using high precision measuring instruments (such as veneer, micrometers OD & ID, depth gauge, etc.) in measurements of a thousandth is a huge plus.
