SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE The Warehouse Associate reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for various tasks involved in the storage, organization, and distribution of goods within a warehouse setting. This role typically involves receiving, unpacking, labeling, storing, and picking items according to orders. Warehouse associates may also be involved in inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and occasionally operating machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Excellent attendance record.
Must have proficient math skills
Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum 1+ years’ warehouse experience, preferably in shipping and receiving
Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Forklifts
Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Pallet Jacks
Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Reach Trucks
Ability to lift items that weigh a minimum of 50lbs regularly
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to bend, stoop and climb repetitiously throughout the day

Responsibilities

Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to pull and prepare outbound customer orders
Build, wrap, sort, pick, pack, and stage customer orders
Load outbound delivery trucks and will calls
Consolidate product to maximize space utilization
Repackage and/or relabel products due to damages/vendor errors and returns
Stock received merchandise and/or movement of stock items
Clean the workspace as you for and participate with the team in keeping the facility clean, safe and accident free
Answer phone calls and follow-up on orders, shortages and/or mistakes.
Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures, and actively embody our core values in every interaction and responsibility.
