About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for various warehouse activities including receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. You will organize and maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders. Keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed. A successful Warehouse Associate is hard-working, organized and detail-oriented. You should be able to keep track of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels remain steady.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, estimate time, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move between workstations for extended periods
  • Frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift or move items up to 50 pounds
  • Regular bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching during warehouse activities
  • Extended periods of walking, standing, loading, and organizing inventory throughout the workday
  • Manual dexterity to handle tools, small parts, and computer equipment
  • Frequent use of computers, scanners, and other warehouse/office equipment
  • Ability to work in various indoor environments, including non–temperature-controlled areas
  • Visual acuity to read labels, track inventory, and perform detailed tasks accurately
  • Commitment to following physical safety protocols and proper lifting techniques

Responsibilities

  • Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
  • Organize, sort, and clean warehouse space and inventory
  • Safely move inventory using pallet jacks, forklifts, or pallet stackers (with training)
  • Receive, store, move, and pack outgoing inventory accurately and efficiently
  • Record and track incoming equipment and maintain accurate data sanitization records for business clients
  • Accurately conduct quarterly inventory counts and provide reliable reporting
  • Sort donations by category and provide accurate counts of items being processed
  • Disassemble computers, stack equipment on pallets, and secure with wrapping as needed
  • Move gaylords/pallets throughout the building in a safe manner
  • Ensure items are properly labeled in accordance with Company, NAID, and R2 standards
  • Meet established KPI goals while maintaining quality and productivity standards
  • Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned
