We are looking for individuals experienced in logistics and transportation to add to our team who will contribute to achieving our mission. We are hiring full-time individuals to load and unload packages/boxes in our fast-paced environment. Warehouse Associates are responsible for warehouse duties including: the physical loading, unloading of heavy furniture and/or sorting of packages/boxes of varying sizes and weights by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, staging, wrapping, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling, etc. Associates are also responsible for operating warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Shifts may vary depending on warehouse package volume and business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year minimum of previous warehouse experience desired 
• Experience working with furniture preferred 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with heavy furniture
• Reliable attendance 
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility to working past quitting time to get the job done
• Detailed record keeping
• Previous Forklift Certification/Experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading packages/boxes (furniture) in our fast-paced environment   
• Sorting packages/boxes of varying sizes and weights by hand: lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, staging, wrapping, etc. 
• Assisting in verifying inventory quantity and inventory level maintenance 
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed 
• Operating warehouse equipment in a safe manner
