Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Ability to handle a high-volume workload, managing products of varying size and value.
• Effective communication skills to work well within a team environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare products and materials for shipment.
• Pull items from stock and other designated locations on the shop floor to fulfill orders.
• Process shipments efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
• Load trucks and ensure items are ready for transport.
• Store products in the correct bins or designated storage areas.
• Assist in keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
