Are you a high-energy individual who loves to stay active and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. As a key contributor to our fulfillment team, you’ll ensure that every product is handled with care and every order is shipped with precision. If you’re looking for a hands-on role where your hard work directly impacts the customer, this is the place for you! Pay Range: $17.26 per hour Bonus: $1000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid half at 6-months and 12-months) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm

Requirements

Experience: At least 6 months of general work experience. (Warehouse or logistics experience is a huge plus!)
Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a strong attention to detail.
Tech & Math: Basic math and reading skills.
Physical Stamina: You’re ready to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a 10-hour shift.
Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate respectfully with leads and supervisors.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse or logistics experience
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or label printing

Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Master the art of the "perfect pick." You’ll sort, prepare, and assemble customer orders, including case picking, lumping, and e-commerce fulfillment.
Quality & Precision: Be our last line of defense. You’ll perform visual quality checks to verify quantities and ensure packaging meets our high standards.
Inventory Integrity: Help keep our numbers right by assisting with physical inventories and cycle counts.
Material Handling: Safely load and unload products and operate electric pallet jacks to keep the warehouse floor moving efficiently.
Stay Safe: Follow all safety protocols, wear your PPE with pride, and keep the workspace clean and hazard-free.
