How You’ll Contribute: Sort and dismantle electronic equipment Follow established steps to break down items safely and efficiently Work at a consistent pace without sacrificing accuracy Use basic tools to remove parts, separate materials, and prepare items for processing Communicate with your team and team leaders to keep work-flow on track Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for the next batch Sort and track items accurately using internal procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and stay active throughout your shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard processes
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
