Requirements
- Experience: At least 6 months of general work experience. (Warehouse or logistics experience is a huge plus!)
- Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a strong attention to detail.
- Tech & Math: Basic math and reading skills. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or label printing is a bonus.
- Physical Stamina: You’re ready to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate respectfully with leads and supervisors.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse or logistics experience
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or label printing
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Master the art of the "perfect pick." You’ll sort, prepare, and assemble customer orders, including case picking, lumping, and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Quality & Precision: Be our last line of defense. You’ll perform visual quality checks to verify quantities and ensure packaging meets our high standards.
- Inventory Integrity: Help keep our numbers right by assisting with physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload products and operate electric pallet jacks to keep the warehouse floor moving efficiently.
- Stay Safe: Follow all safety protocols, wear your PPE with pride, and keep the workspace clean and hazard-free.
