About The Position

As a Commerce Warehouse Associate you will play a vital, hands-on role in keeping cargo moving efficiently from port to destination. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer products in a safe and efficient manner while performing a wide range of essential warehouse functions. A key part of this role involves operating various types of heavy industrial equipment in a dynamic, fast-paced port environment. No previous experience? No problem. Requirements

Possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) (required for access to secure port facilities)
Be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work a fluctuating, non-traditional schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds on a consistent basis
Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening and adhere to Holt's Drug and Alcohol Policy throughout employment
Capable of working effectively in various outdoor and indoor weather conditions
Reliable personal transportation to and from the facility
Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and thrive within a team environment
