Job Summary The Warehouse Associate supports installation and construction crews by receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory, while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Must pass background check and HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE maintain a clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license; able to drive large box truck (non-CDL)
- Flexible schedule; available Monday–Friday, 35–40+ hours per week, starting as early as 6 AM
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure with sound judgment and initiative
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel required)
- Physically able to lift 75+ lbs safely
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue stock/materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and labeling
- Organize supplies and assist coworkers with material needs
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, damage, or safety hazards
- Prepare and distribute items to crews, job sites, or customers
- Safely secure and transport materials with box/flatbed truck
- Keep storage areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations
