What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the distribution center, including:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer and store orders with speed and accuracy
Load, unload, and secure product for shipment to customers and retail locations
Replenish inventory and perform putaway tasks using equipment such as pallet jacks or order pickers
Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise
Utilize voice picking systems, handheld devices, and warehouse management systems
Operate motorized and non-motorized equipment (certification provided as needed)
Maintain inventory accuracy and support overall warehouse organization
Work in multi-level picking modules and around conveyor systems
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Support multiple departments based on business needs

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable using technology such as handheld devices or computer systems
• Ability to meet productivity and performance standards
• Willingness to learn and work across different functions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 47 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
