About The Position
Service Partners is looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join their team. This role is vital to the daily operations of the facility, involving loading, unloading, receiving, storing, and distributing inventory. Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid driver’s license will be required.
- Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
- Compute basic math problems.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
- THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
- Cycle count inventory, storing in orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
- Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.
- Order pulling, re-stocking material and any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
