About The Position

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join a leading wheel manufacturing company. This role is essential in supporting daily production operations, including assembly, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging of wheels and related components. No prior experience is required - training will be provided.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to [30-50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and components on the production line.
• Perform basic assembly, sanding, cleaning, and finishing tasks.
• Inspect wheels and parts for defects or irregularities and report any issues to supervisors.
• Operate basic hand tools and follow all safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support machine operators and production staff as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.
