We are currently seeking Warehouse Associates to join the Proof of the Pudding team at Comerica Center. Proof of the Pudding, the food service provider for the Home to the NHL’s Dallas Stars Executive Offices and the Texas Legends, the Dallas Mavericks’ G-League affiliate, Comerica Center is a multi-purpose arena in Frisco, Texas that seats up to 6,000 people and features amenities such as a state-of-the sound system, three 11’X19’ HD video screens, 12 suites and a private lounge area. Warehouse Associates perform the daily operations of the Warehouse from open to close and to maintain the professional standards and exceptional service standards set forth by Proof of the Pudding. We are offering competitive pay and on-the-job training at one of the most scenic venues in Frisco. This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by athletic events.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) used in the workplace

  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds (beer kegs)
  • Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
  • Safe driver training (to be completed within 90 days of hire)
  • Prolonged periods of being in one place, moving throughout the concession stand.
  • Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 30+ lbs.
  • Basic reading and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and invoicing for all shipping, receiving, and storage management
  • Proper use of requisition forms to gather necessary product/equipment for stocking Storefront concessions
  • Responsible for equipment maintenance and secure storage
  • Set up and break down portable food service equipment
  • Responsible for cleaning concession stands and warehouse areas
  • Positively interact with co-workers in a diverse workforce
  • Follow and enforce all POP policies and procedures
  • Responsible for completion and accuracy of opening and closing inventories, deliveries, transfers, requisitions and spoilage
  • Responsible for all company assets (equipment, keys, small wares, tools and supplies) for stands
  • Demonstrate and enforce compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
  • Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned
