About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, order fulfillment efficiency, and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Basic math and organizational skills
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time-management skills

Dependability and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
Basic computer or inventory system knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
