Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Ability to work both independently and team-oriented
Mechanically inclined
Basic math skills is a prerequisite
Basic knowledge of machine tools is required with actual experience preferred
Use of common shop tools is required
Must be able to read and comprehend manufacturing documents and other company publications related to the job and all safety notifications
Preferably have some experience in the use of computers
Must have the ability to work in an elevated temperature environment
Must be a reliable worker with good work references, including a good attendance history, and must work required over time during times of increased business
Drug and alcohol test
Criminal background check
MVR
High school diploma or GED
1 year of relevant experience
Valid driver's license in state of residence required
Basic knowledge of parts and ability to read invoices preferred
Ability to lift and move product - up to 50 lbs
Exemplary safety record required
Capability to work with minimum supervision – self-starter
Some computer skills
Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to follow written and oral instructions
Good math and analytical skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
