About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing and organizing stock, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven working experience as a warehouse associate
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill orders from stock
- Pack and ship orders
- Manage and organize stock
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
