Your Impact: Pearce is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Associate to support our Romeoville, IL warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring the accurate, safe, and timely movement of materials that support both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a 100% on-site role , and candidates should live in or near Romeoville, IL.

Requirements

  • One (1+) year of experience in the same or similar role is desired
  • Able to lift 75+ pounds several times per day.
  • Forklift certification required (propane preferred)
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience using basic hand and power tools (drills, hammer, circular saw, etc.)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming equipment and materials for accuracy and quality
  • Prepare, package, and ship outbound materials using proper crating, palletizing, and labeling methods
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time
  • Perform order fulfillment from initial request through shipment and notification
  • Maintain organized storage locations and update inventory movements in the system
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Support Field Service teams by identifying material availability and proper part selection
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping dock environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (propane preferred)
  • Work collaboratively with management, coworkers, visitors, and customers
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
