About The Position

The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations including material handling, production support, inventory organization, and shipping/receiving. Forklift experience is required, and forklift certification is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Must reside in or near Bay Minette, AL
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move raw materials and finished products safely
• Load and unload trucks
• Assist with production line support and material staging
