About The Position

Assist with unloading inbound deliveries, either with forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
Accurately select equipment and stage for internal and external customer orders.
Assist Wesco drivers in the loading unloading of equipment, taking care to prevent damage
Assist customers with loading, securing, and unloading equipment including container loads for international shipment.
Assist parts warehouse. Parts warehouse is responsible for customer orders by picking, packing and processing packages thru the shipping system. In addition, they will do receiving detail check in and put away inbound parts as needed.
Assure customer service expectations and promote a standard of excellence in customer satisfaction.
Opens and close buildings according to security procedures.

Competitive Salary – In addition to their base pay, employees are eligible for our company-wide bonus that is dependent on Wesco meeting our sales goals. We have met these goals every year for the past 10 years, the bonus is equivalent to 0-3 weeks of additional pay and is prorated for your first year. Employees in our Service and Operations departments are eligible for a monthly incentive program based on performance.

Requirements

• Have the basic knowledge to drive and move equipment in and out of building and on and off trailers
• Ability to operate sit down propane forklifts, order picker and stand-up narrow-aisle reach trucks safely to prevent damage and or injury
• Must have a valid driver license and qualify to drive company vehicle.
