Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in inventory management, including shipping and receiving.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar digital workflow applications.
  • Able to work 7 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday.
  • Experience as a Warehouse Clerk or prior experience working for a shipping company is highly desirable.
  • Certified to operate forklifts or willing to get certification.
  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch while performing duties.
  • Able to lift or move at least 50 pounds.
  • Prepare materials for projects.
  • Ability to professionally answer phone calls.
  • Highly proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-sufficiency, able to efficiently complete tasks unsupervised.
  • Take initiative and responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Process and ship orders.
  • Receive freight and parcels.
  • Record all received items in the computer system.
  • Kitting and preparing equipment for projects; loading vans.
  • Maintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.
  • Completing your daily responsibilities and job duties with little to no supervision.
  • Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
  • Adhere to all required project safety requirements.
