About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Greenville, SC location. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency.
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
  • Valid South Carolina Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (heat, cold, dust, and noise).
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
  • Ability to frequently mount and dismount forklifts and other equipment.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to handle tools, materials, and small parts safely and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
  • Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness by sweeping, removing trash, and organizing materials.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
  • Ensure products are properly labeled and stored according to company standards.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE and equipment.
