Your Opportunity: Taylor Duluth is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for picking and packing customer orders, processing returns, and shipping materials accurately and on time to meet customer expectations. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Alliance, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work at a swift and consistent pace for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to proficiently operate lifting devices, fork trucks, and safety devices, including completion of forklift certification
• Customer-driven, team-player attitude with strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 45 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 70 pounds
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain on your feet in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Responsibilities

• Use pick tickets to pull stock for individual customer shipments
• Verify pick ticket information matches inventory cards at stock locations
• Verify quantities pulled match pick tickets and note any discrepancies
• Perform key usage daily
• Receive and put away inventory, confirming packing lists conform to purchase orders and associated documents for correct items and quantities
• Utilize UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping systems
• Transport finished products from the picking area for packing and shipping
• Use appropriate lifting and safety devices when transporting or storing stock and finished products
• Assist with physical inventory counts
• Maintain inventory records as required
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and keep tools, equipment, and workspace clean and organized
• Perform work safely and according to department and company safety rules and follow all department work instructions
