Warehouse Associate Pay and Benefits: Pay up to $23/hr. Quarterly profit-sharing bonus Monthly Cash Incentives Medical and Dental Insurance Day 1 Company Paid Short- and Long-Term Disability 3 Weeks of Paid Time Off What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate: Pick, Pack & Ship Material handling (including, but not limited to: receiving, unloading, and stocking shelves & inventory cycle counts). Observe established rules or policies to ensure quality of work. Operate in compliance with safety regulations. Warehouse Associate Work Environment: State of the art facilities utilizing RF technology The company emphasizes quality and safety over speed. Physical requirements - Significant walking through warehouse and some heavy lifting (up to 50lbs.) required. Must be willing to be trained and frequently use high lift equipment. Warehouse Associate Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum one year of direct warehouse experience.
