About The Position

Rifle Paper Co. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations by unloading inbound shipments, receiving inventory, and preparing product for replenishment and fulfillment teams. This is a full-time, hourly position responsible for ensuring all incoming product is accurately counted, inspected, system-processed, and staged efficiently. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, replenishment, or inventory role preferred.
  • Prior Forklift experience required with a valid forklift certification.
  • Comfortable operating forklifts in active warehouse environments, including narrow aisles and elevated racking.
  • Knowledge of safe material-handling practices and warehouse safety standards.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods as required.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required by operational demands.

Responsibilities

  • Unload inbound shipments from carriers.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders and packing documentation.
  • Inspect incoming product for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
  • Label, stage, and organize product for storage and replenishment.
  • Maintain clean and organized dock and receiving areas.
  • Communicate inbound inventory status to inventory and replenishment teams.
  • Support inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of business needs, and organizational objectives.
