Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Standing and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow safety protocols and site procedures
Nice To Haves
- Prior forklift experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Pallet management and disposal
- Tote cleaning
- Cardboard box disposal and management
- Basic maintenance and operation of various technical equipment as directed
- Additional duties as directed
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials, pallets, and equipment throughout the facility
- Perform general warehouse duties including pallet movement, shelving assembly, and material handling
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Support warehouse cleanliness by sweeping floors and maintaining assigned areas
- Operate large floor sweeping equipment and assist with basic floor maintenance
- Collect, transport, and manage waste and recycling throughout the plant
- Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations
