About The Position
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations including material movement, inventory handling, and product processing. This role is hands-on and physical, requiring attention to detail, reliability, and a strong team mindset. You will help ensure products move efficiently through our facility while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per shift
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
- Forklift experience required with proper certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- A passion for sustainability, circular economy, or the outdoor/apparel industry.
Responsibilities
- Receive, move, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload shipments and transport materials within the facility
- Assist with sorting, staging, and preparing products for processing or shipment
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
- Support team members and supervisors with general warehouse tasks as needed
