About The Position
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in keeping our San Jose, CA operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and preparing products for shipment while supporting counter sales and internal teams. You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, organization, and reliability are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, active work, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a collaborative team. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in using a computer
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of technology and machinery used for transporting and storing material goods
- Proficient and familiar with using computer
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
- Prior experience using UPS and FedEx, a plus
Responsibilities
- Receiving and stocking daily product transfer into respective shelves
- Ability to operate a forklift (we provide forklift certification training)
- Assist counter sales in pulling orders and loading into vehicles
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Count stock and manage inventory
