About The Position

Under the leadership of a designated Supervisor or Manager, will support the processes needed to satisfy new and current customer demands for products. An Associate will 1) receive and stock parts and accessories and/or 2) pick and ship parts and accessories depending on specific assignment.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus, zero to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Willing to submit to a criminal background check.
Must pass a drug screen.
Must have valid driver's license.
Is legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Work safely; comply with all safety rules, maintain a clean, neat, safe work area; use equipment and tools safely; and wear required personal protective equipment. Report incidents as soon as possible.
Perform various warehouse functions (for example, but not limited to unload, sort, stock, palletize, pick, pack, stage, replenish, load parts, cycle counts) throughout the shift using various types of material.
Use a radio frequency (RF) scanner to scan all parts and labels to ensure inventory is accurately tracked, retrieve information from the computer and other productivity devices.
Maintain warehouse as a safe and clean facility.
A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering quality results.

Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Should be able to work closely and collaboratively with fellow employee but also work independently when needed.

Proven experience in light warehouse duties, order fulfillment, or manufacturing.
Adaptability to varying warehouse temperatures.
Must have the ability to work overtime when needed.
