About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) to help keep our shipping and inventory operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time, every time. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 6 months of forklift experience
Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems, RF scanners, scales, and warehouse software)
Willingness to become licensed on required powered industrial equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to meet physical and environmental job requirements

Responsibilities

Move materials and finished product using hands, hand trucks, or forklifts
Load and unload parts, packaging, dunnage, and materials to proper locations
Prepare outgoing shipments and verify parts, quantities, and paperwork (BOLs)
Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures
Package product to customer requirements (banding, stretch wrap, pallet verification, labels, weight counts, etc.)
Pull material accurately using pick lists and report shortages or discrepancies
Perform scheduled physical inventory counts
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Communicate issues such as damaged material, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, or equipment needs
Support on-time deliveries and carrier schedules
Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
Perform other duties as assigned
