About The Position
Warehouse Associate Company: Vital Records Control Location: Tampa, FL Pay: $17 – $19 per hour Join the Vital Records Control Team Vital Records Control is looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Tampa records center team. In this role, you will help manage, store, and retrieve important business records in a secure warehouse environment. What You'll Do Pull, load, and move boxes and files safely within the warehouse Barcode and process new records entering the facility Retrieve boxes and files based on customer access requests Refile records accurately to maintain proper inventory control Process boxes scheduled for secure destruction Assist with bay consolidations and warehouse organization Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pickers or forklifts Perform daily safety inspections on warehouse equipment Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely record retrieval Requirements What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to use handheld scanning devices and warehouse equipment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry 10–50 pounds Frequent reaching, bending, and handling of records boxes Ability to read and identify numbers accurately for inventory tracking Work Environment This role operates in a warehouse setting and may involve working in varying temperatures, including warmer conditions during summer months. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Willingness to participate in random drug testing Strong commitment to accuracy and quality
