Summary of Responsibilities Associates are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials Picking and filling orders from stock, Packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock Cable Maintenance. Creation kits in preparation for roll-outs Creating boxes and ensuring they are always prepped and ready to go Discard used packing materials in a timely manner. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards Must be able to use pallet jack and lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to work overtime as required based on business needs Other duties as required and assigned

Requirements

  • Must be highly organized and compliance driven.
  • Requires understanding of IT tools, names and acronyms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment which changes to meet client or business needs.
  • Follow and enforce corporate policies and procedures maintaining and enforcing the highest standards of security as set out by the corporation.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of quickly adapting to change and shifting focus towards new goals.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage time in an efficient manner and drive positive culture changes.
  • Must be able to use pallet jack and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work overtime as required based on business needs
  • 2+ years working within a warehouse environment
  • HS Diploma
