About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities across the United States. Your primary focus will be on receiving, storing, and distributing products accurately and in a timely manner to support our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing stock, and preparing orders for shipment while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires collaboration with team members and other departments to optimize workflow and meet daily operational goals. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the seamless delivery of products to our customers, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and business success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory data.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and use of handheld scanning devices.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and inspecting for damage.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space and maintain orderliness.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry into warehouse management systems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets and resolve operational issues.
