Specifically, this is what your day might look like Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure easy access and accurate stock levels Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently, supporting the PPS process Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards throughout the warehouse Identify and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, order problems, workflow inefficiencies, and equipment repairs Collaborate with internal and external team members to improve processes and communication Learn and adapt to new systems, equipment, and procedures as needed Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion Demonstrate a strong drive for continuous improvement Profile The profile we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt Reliable, responsible, and committed to achieving team goals Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg and standing for extended periods.
