About The Position

As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. Then consider joining us as a Warehouse Associate at our site in Jupiter, Florida. You will perform multiple warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of the distribution center such as receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will work 3rd Shift Monday - Friday, 12 midnight - 8:30 am or 2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 3:30 pm - 12 midnight. You will be paid weekly at $19.25 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be a U.S. citizen
At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment
Can walk or stand for extended periods of time while wearing steel toe or composite toe shoes in a non-climate-controlled environment
Basic math skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include receiving, checking, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and storing
Verify and receive materials into inventory
Mark and inventory packages for storage or transit
Work from pick sheet to pull product or supplies
Check orders against pull sheets
Use material handling equipment to unload incoming materials from trailers
Work overtime and weekends
Other responsibilities as needed
