Warehouse Associate
About The Position
We are looking for someone to join our Shipping Team to help make sure customers get their custom sticker/labels in a timely manner. Each day, you will gather and sort away inventory, print invoices and focus on order fulfillment. Responsibilities
- Prepares completed work orders for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, and marking finished goods
- Processes bills of lading according to the requirements stated on the work order
- Notifies freight carriers
- Processes small shipments through UPS and FedEx software system and labels each box accordingly
- Maintains material handling equipment in good working order and reports any maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager
- Adhere to all established safety practices
- Maintain a clean work area
- Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Follow established quality management system procedures
- Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures
