Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Microsoft suite
Forklift certified
Ability to diagnose and correct errors in a timely manner
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong communication skills
Flexibility and dependability
Promotes company values and leads by example in attitude, conduct, safety, quality, and motivation
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience a plus

Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Unload materials from trucks, rail cars, and flatbeds.
Assemble and prepare shipping containers, apply labels, and ensure proper documentation.
Deliver products to production lines or loading areas.
Oversee Framing and Finish pack shipping and loading.
Inventory Management Perform cycle counts and spot checks.
Ensure accurate storage of materials and products.
Reduce scrap materials through return policy compliance.
Maintain a 97% inventory accuracy rate.
Quality Control Receive, inspect, and verify accuracy of all incoming products.
Ensure materials meet quality and safety standards before storage or delivery.
Collaboration & Communication Work closely with production lines and managers to support workflow.
Promote high standards of customer service.
Communicate errors, discrepancies, or needs in a timely manner.
Equipment & Safety Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
Maintain adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
Promote company values by leading through conduct, attitude, and motivation.
